The Ooredoo App 3.0 has a host of new features launched to improve user experience, including quicker access to customer accounts, a one-tap bill payment feature, personalised shortcuts and more, the company has said in a statement.
Designed to be “faster, easier, more useful and personalised”, the Ooredoo App 3.0 offers customers a one-stop-shop for all their self-service needs, including bill payments, Nojoom Point services, Ooredoo subscriptions and an allowances checker.
To ensure that customers travelling can also check their balance on the go, the new Ooredoo App 3.0 also works with Smart Watches to enable customers to keep an eye on their Ooredoo Passport usage via their Smart Watch device.
This update is the latest in a line of investments Ooredoo has made for the Ooredoo App in the past few years, as the company continues to enhance its self-service offerings.
One of the main features of the new Ooredoo App 3.0 is its streamlined dashboard, which offers customers the chance to personalise their homepage with quick access buttons to their most used features.
In line with Qatar’s regulatory requirements, Ooredoo will also now clearly display customers’ credit limits as well as available account credit in real time.
The Ooredoo App, which was launched in 2013, is available for iOS and Android users and has an average score rating of 4.3 on the iTunes store.
